  5. License Agreement

  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  9. agreement signed by Naleco Research Inc. your use of this
  10. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  11. and warranty.

  13. Registered Version
  14.  
  15. One registered copy of RADFind 96 may either be used by a single
  16. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  17. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  18. multiple people, but not both.
  19.  
  20. You may access the registered version of RADFind 96 through a network,
  21. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  22. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  23. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  24. will access RADFind 96 on the network, each workstation must have its
  25. own RADFind 96 license, regardless of whether they use RADFind 96 at
  26. different times or concurrently.

  28. Governing Law

  30. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of
  31. Ontario.

  33. Disclaimer of Warranty

  35. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  36. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  37. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.Because of the
  38. various hardware and software environments into which RADFind 96 may
  39. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  40. OFFERED.

  42. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  43. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  44. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  45. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  46. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  50. Evaluation and Registration

  52. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  53. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  54. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  55. a registration fee of $20 is required.

  57. Unregistered use of RADFind 96 after the 30-day evaluation period is
  58. in violation of Canadian, U.S. and international copyright laws.

  60. Distribution

  62. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  63. Version (select About from the RADFind 96 Help menu to check) you are
  64. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of
  65. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  66. the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  67. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  68. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  69. of the above.

  71. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  72. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  73. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  74. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
  75. one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
  76. Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute RADFind 96,
  77. subject to the conditions in this license, without specific
  78. written permission.
